Kathmandu, 27 Aug.: General Secretary of the Nepali Congress, Krishna Prasad Sitaula, has said that a national consensus government should be formed to give an outlet to the country from crisis, RSS reports from Bhadrapur.. At a news conference organised by the Press Club, Bhadrapur, here on Sunday, Sitaula said that the caretaker government has no right to recommend for issuing ordinances in this transition period and added that consensus should be forged with political parties for the same. He added that the Constituent Assembly (CA) should be reinstated for a few days or constitutional obstacles should be removed by president by using the right to remove difficulties and a national consensus government could open a way to go to elections of the CA. Sitaula blamed that the government has pushed the country into confrontation by avoiding the CA and dissolving it without informing the leaders of the political parties in the context that no elections of the CA were held in the world without political consensus. nnnn
