SIX SECRETARIES BOYCOTT MEETING ORGANIZED BY CHIEF SECRETARY Kathmandu, 7 Aug.: Six senior secretaries Monday boycotted a meeting of secretaries convened by new Chief Secretary Lilamani Paudel. But the secretaries were present at their offices. Paudel’s appointment has drawn controversy with five secretaries resigning saying the government appointed a junior by superseding them.
