THREE COMMUNIST SPLINTER GROPS MERGE Kathmandu, 6 Aug: Three splinter communist parties announced merger Monday. CN Maoist (Revolutionary), CPN Rastrabadi and Nepal Jan Sharmik Party announced merger in the capital. The merged parties said they will opt for a people’s war’ to end autocracy ad capture state power. A general convention will be held 30 November 6 December.
