ELECTION ONLY AFTER CENSUS SAYS MINISTER YADAV
Kathmandu, 7 Aug.:Minister for Information and Communication, Raj Kishor Yadav has said that the government will continue in the power until consensus is forged among political parties, RSS reports.
Talking to media persons at Biratnagar Airport today, Minister Yadav said the government will not tender its resignation until political parties decide for the next leadership resolving the disputed issues seen on constitution writing.
He stressed the need of consensus among political parties on the issues of constitution and federalism rather than changing the government saying the President will not take any move against constitution as he is a patron.
Yadav, who is also the Chairman of Madhesi Janadhikar Forum Nepal (Republican), said his party was for making the Boarder Madhesi Front as a one party, and expressed the confidence that they will reach to a conclusion after discussions and talks with other Madhes-based parties on the issue.
He said that they expelled some party leaders including Nanda Kumar Dutta for their involvement in works against party's rules and regulations.
Chairman Yadav added that an opportunity of clarification will be given to the leader Dutta and some cadres, who were expelled, in party's general convention to be held on September/October.
