UMLYOUTHOBSTRUCT TRAFFIC Kathmandu,3 Aug.: CPN-UML's youth wing, Youth Association Nepal (YAN) enforced a chakkajaam at New Baneswor on Friday afternoon for 30 minutes, demanding resignation of the incumbent government, RSS reports. The YAN representatives on the occasion called announcement of date for fresh election based on a consensus and provision of franchise right to youth aged 16 and above. The youth activists holding banners and placards reading 'form consensus-based national government', 'safeguard nationality and social harmony' and 'institutionalize outcomes of People's Movement' chanted different slogans against the government. Vehicular movement was completely halted in the area for half-an-hour due to Chakkajaam or transport strike. nnnn
