14 HELD FOR LEAKED QUESTION PAPERS Kathmandu, 5 Sept.: Fourteen persons have been arrested by the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB) of Nepal Police after confirmation of ;eats of question papers for entrance exam of the Bachelors of Architecture conducted by the dean of the Institute of Engineering, Pulchowk. Entrance examination of the tests were scheduled for August 12.and questioins papers were leaked three days ahead Lokendra Bista, the brain behind the plot, is among the arrested.
