BIG THREE TO MEET SUNDAY AS WELL Kathmandu, 2 Sept. The Big Three continue their meeting Sunday to find an outlet end to a stalemate by mid-September. Maoist Chairman Prachanda Saturday even suggested a referendum to decide thorny issues to be included in a constitution Maoists, NC and UML are discussing differences on a basic law to be adopted. A constitution couldn’t be adopted n four years and Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai called elections for a constituent assembly (CA) 22 November without consulting election commission or other parties. The vote isn’t being held end of November after government failed to meet key demand of election for amendments in an interim constitution and laws to hold the vote. Temporary restoration of CA or fresh elections are also being discussed. Opposition NC and UML are pressing formation of a national consensus government at the meet. nnnn
