BUDDHA IDOL RECOVERED Kathmandu, 1 Oct. An idol of the The Buddha having archeological and cultural was recovered from a gang attempting to sell it. Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police recovered the idol and arrested five persons attempting to sell it following a raid on a hotel in in Jorpati. nnnn NRB RELEASES RS.2.5 IN NEW CURRENCY NOTES TO MEET INCREASED DEMAND Kathmandu, 1 Oct.
