BUDDHA IDOL RECOVERED
Kathmandu, 1 Oct. An idol of the The Buddha having archeological and cultural was recovered from a gang attempting to sell it.
Central Investigation Bureau of Nepal Police recovered the idol and
arrested five persons attempting to sell it following a raid on a hotel in
in Jorpati.

GOLD RICE SLIPS
Kathmandu, 1 Oct.: Gold price slipped Sunday to the previous week.
The yellow metal was traded Sunday for Rs. 59, 540 per tola; last week was traded for Rs.60,250 per tola.
Gold price fell in the international market.
