CIAA CHARGES 196 PERSONS AT SPECIAL COURT Kathmandu, 16 Sept.: CIAA Sunday filed registered corruption charges at the special court against 196 persons. They were charged for misappropriating Rs 430 million by trading timber of108 community forests in Dadeldhura district. Eleven persons are government officials and 115 others are members of community forests. The CIAA has demanded 10 to 13 years jail sentence along with confiscation of confiscation of embezzled money from nine officials.
