DECISION TO CREATE REVENUE INDUSTRIAL SECURITY FORCE Kathmandu, 27 Sept.: A 2250 member revenue and industrial security force (RISF) To be mobilized to support customs and revenue officials is being created through Thursday’s cabinet decision..
