DPM SHRESTHA MEETS CHINESE OFFICIALS WEARING DAURA, SURUWAL Kathandu,17 Sept. Deputy Prime Ministe (DPM) Narayan Kazi Shrestha, Monday met senior Chinese officials dressed in national attire—daura and suruwal. Shrestha, who is also foreign minister, was shown in national in television footage. He’s always dressed in western clothes. Chairman Prachanda and Baburam Bhattarai have never been seen in public in the national dress although they put on a Nepali cap. Thp Maoist leadersip is very casual in their approach to dress. Prime Minister Bsauram Bhattarai meets foreigners at his office in Singha Durbar or his residence at Baluwatar in a coat and pant without a tie. Wife Hishiula wears a suit. nnnn
