SHOWING AUTOCRATC STREAKS SAYS CHITRA BAHADUR KC Kathmandu, 14 Sept :Chairman of the Rastriya Janamorcha party, Chitra Bahadur K.C., has accused the incumbent government of becoming autocratic in the absence of legislature to rein in its unconstitutional activities, RSS reports from Butwal.. "Had there been parliament in place, this government would have been reduced to a minority status and voted out. But this government exists as there is no parliament at present," leader K.C. said, speaking at an interaction programme organized by the party´s Rupandehi District Area No. 1 Committee here on Thursday.
