NILAMBAR ACHARYA SAYS ELECTION BEST OUTLET Kathmandu, 23 Sept.: Chairman of the Constitutional Committee of the dissolved Constituent Assembly, Nilambar Acharya, has said election was the best option to resolve the current crises, RSS reports from .Dhangadi. Addressing a programme organised by Alliance for Social Dialogue, Kathmandu here on Sunday, Acharya said election from the local to the central level would help to solve the problem. He also accused the present government leadership of inviting the current crisis. According to him, the difference in the views and visions of the political parties led to the CA's failure to deliver constitution even in four years. Moreover, he said eluding consensus on basic principle of making constitution obstructed the delivery of the constitution.
