NILAMBAR ACHARYA SAYS ELECTION BEST OUTLET Kathmandu, 23 Sept.: Chairman of the Constitutional Committee of the dissolved Constituent Assembly, Nilambar Acharya, has said election was the best option to resolve the current crises, RSS reports from .Dhangadi. Addressing a programme organised by Alliance for Social Dialogue, Kathmandu here on Sunday, Acharya said election from the local to the central level would help to solve the problem. He also accused the present government leadership of inviting the current crisis. According to him, the difference in the views and visions of the political parties led to the CA's failure to deliver constitution even in four years. Moreover, he said eluding consensus on basic principle of making constitution obstructed the delivery of the constitution. He warned that the litany of blames among the parties would further deepen the crisis. Nnnn RPP CHAIRMAN RANA BLAMES MAOISTS AND PM FOR OBSTRUCTION Kathmandu, 23 Sept.: Chairman of the Rastriya Prajatantra Party (RPP) Pashupati Shumsher Rana blamed Prime Minister Dr Baburam Bhattarai and Unified CPN –Maoist party of obstructing the formation of a national consensus government, RSS reports from Janakpur.. Inaugurating the unity district convention of RPP and Rastriya Janashakti Party, Dhanusha, on Sunday, he said, the UCPN-Maoist and Prime Minister were not serious enough to resolve the current political instability. RPP Chairman Rana also stressed the need of ending the current political impasse by holding talks among the political parties. Likewise, Joint-Chairman of the Rastriya Janashakti Party Dr Prakash Chandra Lohani said the UCPN-Maoist was ruling the nation in the shadow of the people's war.
