PILOT ERROR CAUSED DRONIER ACCIDENT IN MUSTANG KILLING 13 INDIAN TOURISTS AND TWO NEPALI CREW MEMBERS Kathmandu, 10 Sept. :Pilot judgmental error caused the crash of a German-built twin engine turboprop crash after takeoff from Jomsom in Mustang for Pokhara 14 May. A report prepared by a committee headed by Medini Prasad Sharma, former Director General of Civil Aviation Authority of Nepal was submitted to Tourism Minister Post Bahadur Bogati Sunday. Thirteen Indian tourists and two Nepali crew members were killed and three Indians, two Danish nationals and a Nepali air hostess survived the crash. The crash was caused by judgmental error of the pilot in command due to stress, the report said.
