PM BRIEFS PRESIDENT Kathmandu, 5 Sept.: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai briefed President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav Tuesday night on the outcome of the just concluded 16th non-aligned summit in Tehran. Prime Minister Bhattarai has been dragged into a controversy over his meeting with Indian counterpart Manmohan Singh on the sidelines of the summit.
