PRESIDENT WON’T PROMULGATE ORDINANCES Kathmandu, 28 Sept.: President Dr. Ram BaranYadav has indicated all ordinances , including those related to constitutional amendment, won’t be promulgated by removing obstacles, Ganesh Basnet writes in Rajdhani. He told this to Pime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and ministers in government. This suggestion was given to the president even by former supreme court chief justices.
