Blake held discussions with main opposition NC Vice-president Ram Chandra Paudel Paudel briefed the visiting senior US diplomat for South Asia on his party’s role to end a prolonged deadlock. TWO NEPALIS ARRESTED FOR MURDER IN INDIA HANDED OVER TO POLICE ACROSS THE BORDER Kathmandu, 10 Sept.: Two Nepali youths have been arrested on the charge of killing a colleague, from Banbasa at the Nepal-India border area today [Monday], RSS reports.from Kanchanpur The arrested are Rijat Kuwar, 26, and Prasad Singh Thapa, 35, of Budakoti VDC-1 in Achham district. Police arrested them while they were on the way to Nepal from Mumbai. They have alleged for killing their colleague Man Singh Bishwakarma. The Indian Police was following them from Mumbai and was able to arrest from Banbasa as they were about to enter into Nepal, it is learnt. They will be sent to Mumbai today, said the police. Meanwhile, the police have intensified their vigilance in Banbasa following increasing incidents of looting in the area. Of late, the incident of looting people offering tainted food is on the rise in the area, Sub Inspector Netra Prasad Bhatta said. Security personnel of Nepal and India on plain clothes have been deputed on the border to check the crime. Five bus passengers have been looted in a week on the border area.
