RULING MADESH MORCHA MEETS Kathmandu, 17 Sept.: The ruling Joint Democratic Madhesi Front (JDMF) meeting began Monday to prepare a common concept; the meeting which started at the home ministry continues Tuesday. The front is preparing a roadmap for understanding as the Big Three and TheMorcha meet again Tuesday after their first inconclusive assembly Sunday. The major players got togther after a meeting with President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav the same day. nnnn PRITHVI HIGHWAY ALSO OBSUCTED Kathmandu, 17 Sept.: A woman was washed away Monday by a flooded river which triggered a landslide near Banipur. Vehicular movement on Prithvi Highway was disrupted from Monday by heavy rain for the last two days. Rain lasted most part of the county Onday as well. The monsoon began with a whimper and is ending with a bang in another two weeks. nnnn
