The front is preparing a roadmap for understanding as the Big Three and TheMorcha meet again Tuesday after their first inconclusive assembly Sunday. Vehicular movement on Prithvi Highway was disrupted from Monday by heavy rain for the last two days. Rain lasted most part of the county Onday as well. The monsoon began with a whimper and is ending with a bang in another two weeks. nnnn
