RULING, OPPOSITION PARTIES CALL MYAGDHI BANDH TO THWART DISTRICT VISIT OF FORMER KING Kathmandu, 21 Sept.: Ruling and opposition parties that have failed to lead the nation and resolve problems created by them have called a Myagdhi bandh Friday to thwart visits of former King Gyanendra to offer and puja temples in the district.
