SIT-IN IN FRONT OF GOVT. OFFICES IN WEST REGION DEMANDING INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT Kathmandu, 19 Sept.: .Pokhara Airport Construction Concern Committee staged a sit-in at the Regional Administration Office today in connection with pressurizing to start construction work for the International Airport of Regional level in Pokhara soon, RSS reports from Pokhara, RSS reports. The Concern Committee staged a sit-in today as per the declared agitation programmes by giving continuity to the fast-unto-death. The agitators reached the Regional Administration Office at 9:00 am and did not allow any officials including regional administrator to enter the office. The Committee has obstructed services of the government offices for the past three days. The agitators today [Wednesday] obstructed services of Pokhara Sub-Metropolis, Transport Management Office, Inland Revenue Office, District Development Committee and Land Revenue Office today. nnnn
