SUPREME COURT INTERVENES TO STOP ROAD CONSTUCTION THROUGH NATIONAL PARK Kathmandu, 12 Sept. Supreme court joint bench issued an order Tuesday not to construct a road through Bardiya National Park linking Bhurigaon and Telpani. The court said there were other alternatives instead of constructing a road though a forest protecting endangered tiger, rhino and other animal and bird species.
