Possibility of a resolution of a deadlock within Bhadra [15 Sept.]..
Khanal blamed Maoists and said UCPN Maoists didn’t want a resolution.
The UML chief who has started attending public functions after a laser

RJP SAYS FEERAL LOKTANTRIK REPUBLIC ITS AGENDA
Kathmandu, 8 Sept.: Rashtiya Janashakti Party (RJP) said Saturday it has
has adopted a federal loktantik republic as its political agenda.
The party said this after a bitter criticism of five-time Prime Minister
Surya Bahadur Thapa Friday by Keshar Bahadur Bista , a AJP general secretary who was expelled from the party for his alleged links with former King Gyanendra.
‘A man who is 87 years old became prime minister on the blessings of the palace five times. He continues to receive support and blame be for links with the former king.” An angry Bista told a public meeting at Basantapur Friday
Bista joined RPP-Nepal which has adopted a constitutional monarchy and HInu state agenda.
RPP-Nepal broke off unity talks with RJP as Kamal Thapa left door open for unity with RPP—also a party of former panchas.
RJP Saturday directed workers to work for the adopted agenda.

MAOIST ASSETS TO BE DIVIDED BETWEEN TWO PARTIES
Kathmandu, 8 Sept.: UCPN Maoist and CPN Maoist have come to an agreement t o divide assets after a split.
“We’ll come to an agreement,” Agni Sapkota. UCPN Maoist Spokesman
said Saturday.
Assets will be divided in direct proportion to the number of defections
to the joined the two parties
A taskforce has been formed to divide assets over which there were open
clashes.
