UPDATE ON KALIKOT BUS ACCIDENT Kathmandu, 11 Sept.:Twenty-eight passengers died and 14 were injured when a bus heading for Jumla from Kalikot district headquarter fell off 200 meters off the Karnali Rajmarg Monday night. Six jumped to safety. The dead haven’t been identified as yet. Injured are undergoing treatment at Kalikot district hospital. MORE CURRENCY NOTES WORTH RS 40 BILLION ARRIVE AHEAD OF FESTVE SEASON Kathmandu, 11 Sept.: New currency notes worth Rs.40 billion will be brought into circulation during the festive season that begins in another six weeks. The currency notes have arrived and Nepal Rashtra Bank (NRB) will circulate them though commercial banks as well. nnnn
