UPDATE TOP US DIPLOMAT FOR SOUTH ASIA CONCLUDES NEPALVISIT Kathmandu, 11 Sept.: U.S. Assistant Secretary for South and Central Asian Affairs Robert O. Blake concluded a two-day Nepal visit Tuesday evening. “U.S. wants to see a stable, democratic, and prosperous Nepal in which the rights of all citizens are protected and the rule of law respected,” he told reporters before departure.
