32 PARTIES MAKE BID TO END DEADLOCK Kathmandu, 2Oct. Thirty-two parties in the dissolved constituent assembly (CA), including the Big Four in opposition and government Tuesday discussed an outlet to the prolonged constitutional and political crisis. “Some called for CA reinstatement.
