MJFN GANATANTRIK GENERAL CONVENTION BEGINS IN BIRGUNJ 6 NOVEMBER Kathmandu, 9 Oct.: :MJFN Ganatantrik will hold its first general convention in Birgunj for two days beginning 6 November, the party’s two-day central committee decided in Birgung Tuesday. Myagdhi was declared an open defecation free district Tuesday. Chief Secretary Lalimani Paudel made the announcement. The district is the fourth of 75 districts to be declared defecation free. nnnn
