NEPAL ASKS PRESIDENT NOT TO RELEASE FUNDS Kathmandu, 27 Oct.: Senior UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal Saturday asked President Dr. Madhav Kumar Nepal not to endorse an annual budget for the remaining months of the current fiscal year without consensus of major parties. The request was made at a meeting. Only a partial budget was released at the beginning of the fiscal year. The government will run out of funds without release of more money. nnnn
