RULING PARTY FRONT MEETINGS CANCELLED Kathmandu, 1 Oct.: A 21-member front of ruling parties Monday formally called off public meeting at four urban centers, including the capital, for understanding. The front asked opposition parties to withdraw their meetings as well. The move comes after parties started new attempts Sunday for an outlet following a meeting with President Dr..
