SPECIAL COURT CONVICTS RABINDRA NATH SHARMA POSTHUMOUSLY FOR MISAPPROPRIATION Kathmandu, 3 Oct.: Special Court (SC) Wednesday posthumously convicted former minister late and RPP leader Rabindra Nath Sharma for misappropriating Rs 22.7 million by misusing his position in government. Sharma died four years ago. The court ordered seizure of three vehicles of Sharma, and land at various places to recover the money. Attending the sixth convocation ceremony of the University at Goghgaun of Indrapur, Morang district the Prime Minister stressed that educated class should gear up for building the nation and sought end to the strike culture in the education sector.
