PM GREETED WITH BLACK FLAGS IN TANAHU Kathmandu, 12 Oct.:Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai Friday greeted him with black flags in Tanahu where he laid the foundation stone of a building. The premier is visiting some districts of the central Region, including Gorkha and Chitwan. He inaugurated a bridge in Gorkha his home district from where he was elected to the dissolved parliament. nnnn . CAMPUS LIBRARY TORCHED Kathmandu, 12 Oct : An unidentified group has set fire on a library of Rajbiraj Model Campus last [Thursday] night, RSS reports from Rajbiraj. The unknown group had blazed the campus library in Rajbiraj-4 at around 8.15 PM, said the campus administration. A group of three youth scattered petrol and put the library on ablaze fire at a time when security guard went outside for meal, added the campus sources. Window screens of the library were smashed in the incident, said police. Likewise, the fire caused damages to computer printer, monitor, CPU, cupboard and educational materials inside the library. Search for the arsonists is on, said Deputy Superintendant of Police (DSP) Govinda Adhikari said. Nnnn ________________________________________
