UPDATE ON PRACHADA, SUSHIL KOIRALA DISCUSSIONS Kathmandu, 5 Oct.: Maoist Chairman Prachanda and NC President Sushil Koirala Friday agreed to find an outlet by 13 October through political understanding and formation of a national government. Both sides called talks positive. Maoists have been insisting they will head a national government claimed by NC. Prachanda has started a renewed bid to find a solution to a prolonged deadlock even after 27 May when parliament dissolved and snap constituent assemblt elections called by government.
