BUDGET UPDATE Kathmandu, 20 Nov.: Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai Tuesday presented a budget ordinance for eight month of the current fiscal year to President Dt. Ram Baran Yadav Tuesday after cabinet approval. Government expects the president to promulgate the ordinance.
