NEPL BHUSAN CHAND ACTING ARMY CHIEF Kathmandu,1 Nov.: Nepal Bhusan Chand was appointed Acting Chief of Army Staff (CoAS) to officiate for CoAS Gaurav Shumsher Rana who leaves Monday for Australia to participate in a meeting of army chiefs of Asia and the Pacific. Gen. Rana is leaving for his foreign tour after appointment. The first cabinet meet after an extended Dashain approved resignation of Pashupati Gautam as managing director of Agricultural Input Company, and has been replaced by Sashi Raj Tuladhar as an acting managing director. Government decided to forward recommendations of a judicial commission on murder of Supreme Court Justice Rana Bahadur Bam to respective ministries for implementation Nnnn Nnnn ________________________________________
