RULING COALITION GOING FOR BUDGET UPDATE Kathmandu, 10 Nov.: In brewing confrontational politics, ruling coalition Saturday decided to send an ordinance to President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav for immediate promulgation of a budger for regaining eight months of the current fiscal year 2012/13 Monday. The ruling parties also decided to seek the suppofr of opposition parties Sunday and Monday. The governing parties took a decision Saturday as opposition announced the first phase of their anti-government and anti-Maoist protests. Maoists are leading the government. The governing parties took the decision as the president asked for bringing a budget with consensus of opposition which says government income and expenditure should have support of major parties. Maoists have also been accusing the president of attempting to topple government with support of unidentified foreigners and security forces. Shital Niwas officials have asked government to prove charges. nnnn
