RULING COALITION MEET TO DISCUSS BUDGET Kathmandu, 18 Nov.: Ruling coalition is meeting Sunday to discuss a national budget for the remaining eight months of the current fiscal year 2012/13 following differences with the opposition. Government is now considering whether to bring a budget for another four months or a complete budget.
