SOCIAL WORKER KILLED Kathmandu, 13 Nov.: Entrepreneur and social worker died in a road accident at Chandranigahapur in Rautahat district this morning.The deceased has been identified as Shanta Lal Saha, 41, of Chandranigahapur-1, RSS reports from Rautahat. The accident took place when a bus heading towards Saptari from Kathmandu hit Saha at Chandranigahapur Chowk while he was out for a morning walk. He died soon after reaching the hospital. The deceased has been identified as Sangam Thapa, 24, of Ghorahi Municipality-11, according to Police Inspector at the Area Police Office, Tulsipur, Madan Thapa. The accident took place when a motorcycle (Ra 1 Pa 7384) heading towards Ghorahi from Tulsipur hit the Kalakhola bridge around 11:00 pm Monday. Thapa died while undergoing treatment at Rapti Zonal Hospital, Tulsipur. Pillion rider Santosh Basnet of Ghorahi Municipality-11 was critically injured in the accident. Police said Basnet has been sent out of the district after minor treatment at the Hospital. nnnn
