UPDATE ON CABINET MEET Kathmandu, 25 Nov.: The cabinet meets Sunday to discuss official government position on action of President Dr.. Ram Baran Yadav’s call on parties to assemble a national consensus government by Thursday afternoon. UCPN Maoist of Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai has already called the presidential move unconstitutional./ Political aide Debendra Paudel is the government has already said the president attempted a ‘coup’ through a ‘non-existent right’ for the head of state . ‘A legal government ca e formed only through reinstatement of constituent assembly through consensus. A government just formed will have no legality,” Paudel added. The cabinet meets ahead of a formal position of ruling five-party Madesh Morcha in government with Maoists. Maoist students are coming out on the capital’s streets Sunday protesting the presidential action. nnnn BIG HASH CONSIGNMENT RECOVRED IN MAKWANPUR DURING RAIDON HOUSE Kathmandu, 25 Nov.: Altogether 600 kg hash was with a market value of Rs. Five million was seized Saturday at a village in Makwanpur. The illegal consignment was seized during raid on a house. Makwanpur is emerging at the country’s main district growing hemp.
