UPDATE RULING COALITION DECIDES TO OPT FOR FULL BUDGET Kathmandu, 18 Nov.: Ruling coalition of UCPN Maoists and five-party Madesh Morcha Sunday afternoon decided to opt for a full budget. Talks will be held with opposition Monday. The government decision came after Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai held consultations with President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav who again urged consensus on a budget. Premier Bhattarai was aided by Chief Secretary Lilamani Paudel. The coalition decided to present a full budget even as Madesh Morcha leader and Deputy Prime Minister Bijaya Kumar Gachedhar said a government income and income expenditure could for four months only. Maoists and Prime Minister Bhattarai are determined to present a budget with their programmed leading an election government opposed by opposition. nnnn
