ALLEGED RAPIST HELD IN MORANG Kathmandu, 22 Dec.: Police have held an alleged rapist from Letang VDC-4 in Morang district, RSS reports from Morang. Police arrested Ambar Bahadur Karki, 45, for allegedly a raping a mentally retarded woman of ward no. 5 of the VDC. Karki has been alleged of raping the woman by entering into her house on Thursday night. He was arrested based on locals' complaint. nnnn
