ANOTHER PRSIDENTIAL DEADLINE MISSED
Kathmandu, 17 Dec.: Informal consultation ate ongoing Monday between The Big Three and five Madeshbadi parties to plan their next moving after missing a
fourth presidential deadline to select a consensus candidate to succeed Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai and assemble a consensus government.
