HINDU GIRL SET ALIGHT IN BARA
Kathamandu, 26 Dec.: A burnt body of Bindu Kumari Thakur, 18, was recovered Wednesday morning from Prastoka VDC in Bara.
The body was recovered hear her house.
He was found dead two hours after leaving home at five in the morning.
A police investigation has started.
The fresh incident comes after a Muslim was burnt alive in the far-West terai ditrict.
The circumstances behid the death are contradictory amid first reports an Indian boy wooing her set the girl alight.The famly has also bee charged for the murder.

THREE TRAFFICKERS ARRESTED
Kathmandu, 26 Dec.: Parsa police have started investigation into three persons including two nationals for their alleged involvement in the smuggle of banned
drug marijuana, RSS reports from Birgunj..
As per the District Police Office, the arrestees are Satyendra Kuswaha of Mirjapur-9, Parsa and Rahul Sah Sonar and Rohit Sah Teli of Sitamadhi Dilsar of India.
A joint police patrol team deputed from Bungai and Bhiswa police posts of Parsa on Tuesday netted them with 25-kg of marijuana being hidden in small packs state while being smuggled to India.
The police team also confiscated two Indian number plate motorbikes (BR 22 K 5329 and BR 22 C 6209) being used in smuggling.
The arrestees have been kept at Area Police Office, Pokhariya for necessary investigation and prosecution, said police.
Meanwhile a police team deputed from Area Police Office, Pokhariya seized 150-kg of marijuana being hidden in the shed of Rajendra Prasad of Bairiyabirta-5 last night.
Similarly, police post Gandak arrested Arun Singh (40) of Itahari, Mahottari with 10-kg of marijuana in course of security screening.
