NEPAL. INDIA BORDER TALKS Kathmandu, 2 Dec.: A three-day Nepal-India border talks begin in New Delhi Monday. Eight member Nepali- team to the talks I headed by Koshraj Onta of Armed Police Force (APF). Director General of India’s SSB Pranay Shay is leading the Indian team. Border talks are being held after secretary-level talks in the Indian capital in January. Karan Singh who concluded a three-day Nepal visit Sunday is quoted by Annapurna Post as saying there’s a feeling the interim constitution has also derailed. ‘There’s a feeling the interim constitution has derailed. HASH CROP DESTROYED IN KHOTANG Kathmandu, 2 Dec.: The Khotang Police have destroyed marijuana cultivated on a large scale at the southern part of the district, RSSreports from Khotang.. A team headed by Inspector Durga Raj Regmi of the District Police Office Khotang destroyed marijuana grown up on around 200 ropani land at Wards- 2 and 3 of Durchhim, it is learnt. The team also seized 15 kilogramms of processed marijuana from the site and destroyed it. nnnn
