PM CALLS FOR ENVIRONMENT TO HANDOVER GOVT. TO KOIRALA Kathmandu, 20 Dec. Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai claimed Thursday ‘there were no conditions for his resignation’ and said he’s make way for NC President Sushila Koirala to succeed him with the ‘creation of an environment’ for draftinga constitution. Bhattarai told reporters at his residence his first priority is to give gibe the government he’s heading a national form. Bhattarai’s claim to government has sown discord with Chairman Prachanda backing Koirala. Bhattarai went on to add he hoped the arty would not make what he called ‘an immature decision; forcing him to quit. The premier said he was not an obstacle to forming a government and told journalists he was stopped from resigning 22 November by the party and the ruling coalition. Nnnn
