Kathmandu, 19 Dec.: One day after extending a deadline to assemble a
national government Tuesday for five more days until Saturday, President Dr. Ram Baran Yadav is consulting Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai Wednesday.
Opposition parties have blamed the premier for being a tumbling block even as Maoist Party Chief Prachanda blamed his vice-chairman for non-cooperation to appoint NC President Sushil Koirala as Bhattarai’s successor.
The president is consulting Bhattaraai as the head of state leave for a week-long visit of India 24 December.
