consensus prime and a consensus government will be missed Thursday.

NC even chose NC President Sushila Koirala as its candidate for consensus prime miister at the request of parties Maoists and UML.
NC leaders cried foul.
NC Vive-president Ram Chandra Paudel said the meeting failed after
when after UCPN (Maoist) and UDMF demanded that the parties resolve
ALL and not SINGLE contentious issues in a constitution which couldn’t be written in in four years.
“We asked not only for a candidate but also an agenda,” senior Maoist leader Krishna Bahadur Mahara told Nepal Television and said Maoists feared NC
