Maximum temperature is expected to be between 15 to 17 degrees Celsius with mimu temperature falling to -1 degree Celsius.

MAOIST GROUPS TO RESUME MEETS CENTERED AROUND
GENERAL CONVENTIONS SATURDAY
Kathmandu, 12 Jan.: Twenty-one chairman at the closed door session of
CPN Maoist general convention are reports of Friday’s group discussions Saturday when the session resumes.
Grup discussions concluded Friday.
Twelve hundred delegates are participating.
Discussions are centered around a political report of Chairman Mohan Baidhaya and another on a party stature presented by Secretary Deb Gurung.
Discusions are also being held Sturday on a political report presented by Chairman Prachanda of UCPN Maoist at a preparatory committee for a general convention to be held February.
Chairman Prachanda has threatened public protests if its new demand for reinssstatemnt of a constituent assembly is ignored after concluding April/ May elections for a constituent assembly won’t be held for the second time.
The first election called by Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarain on 22
November wasn’t held either.
