CPN MAOIST MAKING FINAL PREPARATION FOR GENERAL CONVENTION Kathmandu, 3 Jan.: Final preparation for being made by a meeting of the CPN Maoist Thursday for a general convention that is being held in the capital from 7 to 11 February. The convention will be the party’s first after splitting from the ruling UCPN Maoist thatis leading the government with five Madeshbadi parties. A political document prepared by Chairman Mohan Baidhaya has been circulated in the party for discussion. The meeting ahead of the convention will also fix the number of delegates February meet that will adopt party policy.
