MAOIST LEADERS IN BAITADI DESPITE AN OPPOSIYTION BANDH Kathmandu, 27 Jan.: Maoist Chairman Prachanda and Prime Minister Baburam Bhattarai, a Maoist vi ce-chairman broke an opposition of Baidati Sunday to participate in a district party meet ahead of a general convention in Hetauda February. The ruling party hading the government and opposition are on a confrontation course with opposition coming out of the street to pull down the government. The confrontation has sidelined drafting of the constitution to institutionalize a declared republic. The two top Maoist leaders are also visiting Kailali where opposition plans anti-Maoist protests.
